Returns & Exchanges

At Elleme Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and protective materials are intact and included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated courier point; once received and inspected at our Paris atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
