Where does Elleme Paris ship from and which countries do you cover?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Italy. We offer worldwide shipping to over 50 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Asia.
What is your return policy for international orders?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Are duties and taxes included in the final price?
For orders within the European Union, VAT is included. For international orders (DDU - Delivery Duty Unpaid), customs duties and local taxes may be applied by your local customs office upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
